So there was that time where I complained about my poor life choices on Tumblr and then Kelly Sue DeConnick (who wrote the comic I was trying to buy) picked it up and then her editor, Stephen Wacker, OH, OFFERED TO SEND ME A COPY.

Yeah, that was kind of fun. :-D

The second comic store (I can email you the name if you want to know) was actually pretty awesome; they'd just already sold out. Alas. The first one, the local one that I went to yesterday, had, idk, 20 boxes of Silver Age stuff and maybe 30 total physical copies of new titles? idek. They did have a lot of Magic: The Gathering cards, because that is useful to my life (it's not).

I admit I am quite wondering which one and will laugh a lot if it is mine. Though we always seem very stocked. ....First one sounds lame. Laaaaaaame.

I am really loving the new run of Captain Marvel. I've never read her before, but I've heard such good things about the current writer, I had to check it out. I've got the TPB of the first 5 issues and when I go to get my next pulls, I'm going to see if I can pick up #6-9. Wish me luck!
