(demand?) Or alternatively, what's something you always hoped I'd write but know is never going to happen?

Probably a random rare pair involving Number One, like Gaila/One. Or really, any f/f fic involving one; I think she would be so beautiful with another woman. But also possibly the unforgivably sad request I just left for boosette: Kirk/One after Pike is dead, wherein they did not really know each other before, but console each other with sex that is kind of beautiful and kind of fucked up.

I did see that picture! It reminded me of my long-running obsession with understanding how Gaila and One could come to have sex with each other. Maybe they are both pilots, and they are on some kind of classified mission together that ends with shuttle sex? Or sex in an inadvisable location where they must be very, very quiet in order to avoid being discovered?

That could work! Maybe Gaila would just jump One. It's probably an Orion ritual to have sex to celebrate not being dead or offer an orgasm to someone who saves your life. Or maybe One would be caught up in a rare moment of vulnerability, and find it easier to let go with a stranger than someone she knows.
