More passive-aggressive beta seeking

[livejournal.com profile] boosette and I turned in the [livejournal.com profile] polybigbang last night with something like 14K words, and we're . . . not done. Definitely not done. I'd expect probably another 5-6K to be added just of story, and then a good deal of tweaking.

But at some point in the next month or so we're going to need someone to beat it into submission be a beta-reader. It's, if you haven't been following our Epic Comment Threads of Doom, the OT3, [livejournal.com profile] boosette-and-[livejournal.com profile] circ_bamboo-style (Number One/Pike/Kirk), the formation thereof, from the shared universe.

Also there's porn! (Of course there's porn. It's me.)

Anyway. Now I've got the Uhura is Awesome festival fic to write. At least I've got the scenario! It should go pretty quickly, now.

On the basis that you two clearly need saving from yourselves :) I'll beta if you want.
I'm not much use on TOS canon or American idioms but I'm fine with spelling, grammar and plot structure.

YAY BETA! I think we're good on American idioms and TOS canon (which pretty much won't be used). It'll mostly be plot structure.
